  • Hall ticket is essential for all examinations.
  • 75% of attendance is compulsory for appearing in the examination. So, a student who fails to have the minimum percentage of attendance will not be eligible for giving the examinations.
  • A student, absent from any examination, will be considered as failed. The students absent from any examination, for any reason what so ever will not be re-examined. Students who fail in any subject may not be given grade in the examination.
  • Students who have not paid the fees will not be permitted to sit for the examination.
  • Annual examination answer sheets will not be shown to the parents/ Guardians. Terminal examination papers may be shown to the parents/guardians.
  • Progress Report showing the application of the students and their results will be given to the parents after the unit test and the Terminal examinations. Parents are requested to examine the Progress Report carefully and see that their children make a special effort to study those subjects in which they are weak. They should attend the PTM (Parent Teacher Meeting) held after every Terminal Examination. The parents are expected to collect the Progress Report from the Class Teachers at the specified time. The Students, whose parents do not turn up for the open day will not be given attendance of that particular day.
  • No book or paper of any kind is to be brought to the Examination Hall by the students and nothing should be written on the question paper. Every pupil should have the required writing and drawing materials and no lending or borrowing is permitted in the Examination Hall.
  • Absolute silence is to be maintained in the Examination Hall. Students who make use of unfair means during examinations will be severely dealt with; even those who help others in any way to have recourse to unfair means will be punished. Punishment will be to the extent of dismissal of the child.
  • A student who is found copying or helping another student will be awarded zero mark in that subject and will be debarred from writing the remaining examinations. He /She may also be dismissed from the school according to the discretion of the principal.
